They conducted a phone interview since I wasn't in NYC at the time, and it was over in 10-12 minutes. Pretty easy interview and they offered me the internship a week later.

Interview
It was the worse most unprofessional interview of my life. The person the interviewed me was completely unprofessional and unprepared. She barely asked questions to me and had no interests hearing about me. I felt like a bother the entire time. It was a shame bc i was extremely excited to have an interview with Rebecca Minkoff & when i saw the office i fell in love and only hoped to intern there only to be completely turned off by who was interviewing me. Not sure if she was tired or miserable at work. Please be as professional as possible during interviews even though it’s just an internship we are still humans

Interview
My interview was conducted through Skype as I was studying abroad. The person interviewing me was friendly, but clearly in the middle of a very busy day. The interview was very short and rushed and I don't feel like they managed to get a good sense of who I am and my skills in that time.
