Interview
I had an initial interview with HR to set expectations and for us to qualify whether or not we should move forward. I then met with several managers within the Sales team and then again with HR when we decided to discuss moving forward.

The questions were mostly about previous relevant experience and how you measure success within a job.
Over the course of 4hrs, I was scheduled to meet with 4 people separately via Zoom. They are very kind, and even though it felt intense, they care about who they're hiring and ensuring the company culture stays.

Pitch the company to a consumer to the best of your ability.
They had a standard interview process. Multiple rounds with different members of the sales organization. The team overall was very welcoming with what seemed a transparent interview process, nothing was too far outside of what was discussed during the initial recruiter call.
