Interview
I applied to this position two months before receiving a call for an interview. Met with the Director who simply stated that if you're not a spoiled brat who can't take no for an answer then you won't be successful in this role. The expectations of the job seemed unrealistic when explained and felt the objectives of the company was driven by selling absurdly overpriced packages to singles. If you are comfortable in selling and closing 100% of your clients then this may be the job for you.

Interview
I had worked in the marketing department previously for the company when I moved to Florida. The job was offered to me internally due to my organizational skills and attention to detail. I was interviewed on my skill-set and comfort level with difficult situations. I assisted in turning a new leaf for the company at the time and created a new Member Service structure.
