Read Alliance interview questions

No interview. Management came to my school to recruit and after applying she told us (3) we were hired on the spot.

The interview was mostly formal and lasted almost two hours, but questions were very manageable and reasonable. The employees are all nice. Even though I did not get the position, the Director of Development called to talk about my candidacy and advise me for future applications.
