I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ReUp Education in Sep 2025
Interview
There is a screening call, a (brief and easy) performance task, then a series of 2 interviews, both of which include a coaching role play. It’s a lengthy process considering this is an entry level role.
Very stressful and rigid. Multiple interviews that needed to be impersonal to ensure there was no bias. Got through all the interviews to have all go crickets for months. Only to get a decline with no reason. Spoke with others with same experience.

Question 1
I had to do a mock interview where I encouraged a student to come back to school and a essay.
I made it to the second round of interviews. It went well in both. I had great rapport with all of the people that interviewed. Had alot of fun too. Was super confident that I’d get the position as well. After some time passed with no word, I emailed to check in with HR. They said they had no updates because there was a delay in the hiring process and that they would know more next week. I replied with no worries, expressing I understood the delay and was looking forward to hearing from them. About 3 weeks passed and nothing. I really wanted to work with them so I waited as long as I could to give them a chance but alas, I had to accept another offer. Kinda disappointed that they ghosted me! Interviewees beware.
