Interview
Was brief by HR personnel before interviewing with the hiring manager. Very casual culture as seen with the dressing of the employees, HR was friendly and tried to provide some tips and prep me on the personality of the Global Social Marketing Director that is going to interview me.
But unpleasant experience with the hiring manager. Feels condescending and has an air of arrogance when he isn't contented with your response.
E.g I mentioned that Razer is a higher-end pricing product ( I didn't mean it in a demeaning way), but he somehow became defensive? Could sense he took some offense as he pressed on why wouldn't I feel that the pricing is of their product is justified and also test me on the spot to come out with a tagline to market their product.

chill .. spoke to the head of marketing. was a 1-1, asked questions about myself, roles i've been in, and also types of campaigns i will propose for razer. also asked about gen z marketing and types of content that appeal to them.
Applied on their website, took a few weeks to get back to me and had an interview. Chill interview, just to find out more about me etc and what I would do in certain situations
Did not even get back to me. Had to email a few times before they sent an automated email. No respect for interviewees at all.
