It is the first round interview. It includes self-introduction section of myself and the background of the interviewers themselves. They talked about the job role and some business background. Later, they have also asked about my previous working experience and relevant skills to the job role.

Interview
Two long interviews/chats with the head of sales. Very last minute and disorganised, consisting mostly of a pitch about the company and why it's a great place to work. Presentation (on paper, no projector) in second interview, although keep it simple as common business terms and language are foreign to them. If you want to work here, emphasise trader experience and know that budgets, marketing and strategy are taboo subjects. Also, there is a ban on post it notes, as a whim from the owner.
