The process took about a month and 4 rounds of interviews. A recruited approached me on Linkedin for the role, we had a 10 mins screening call which lead to a 1 hour interview with 2 senior managers. The following morning I received an early morning text on my mobile to let me know they confirmed third interview with two ELT managers, and eventually a technical test (which was not scheduled or mentioned in the initial process). I was told I was great for the role and also was told my notice time was great to I could start with another new hire. I studied the product and spent a few hours preparing for the test, to only eventually received a very cold email saying they 'would not progress further at this time' - to my request of some , at least minimum feedback to their decision, I received no response.
