There were about 6 steps in the process and they were clear on what to expect from the beginning. Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions I had along the way! I highly recommend coming prepared with questions and doing some prep ahead of time, especially by familiarizing yourself with Rattle's product and values.

Interview
The interview process was super clear, with fast turnaround times between rounds. The recruiter communicated and shared feedback throughout, and kept me excited about the role. There was an initial screening with the recruiter, a first interview with a team leader, a cold call exercise, case study presentation, and meeting with a co-founder.
