Interview
Initial screening interview with HR, then two additional interviews, each with two members of the executive team. Followed up by phone interview with CEO. Interviews were all fairly standard, asking about background and interests.
Considering the amount of time they spent on me, I was surprised that they simply didn't respond to follow-up emails and ghosted me. In this day and age that is simply not acceptable behavior. Even more so for a company that lives and dies by their ability to attract and retain talent.

Interview
First was a screening interview, followed by a panel interview. For first round, one of the interviewers didn’t join the call. Between rounds, completed a 24-hour writing test. Interviews were followed by 4 months of radio silence from HR teams.
Everything was handled very well. The interviewers - two separate rounds - were very nice and informative about the job and the company. Overall it was an excellent experience and set the tone for a great work experience.
