First stage was application, then a prerecorded interview with 3 questions. Final stage was a call with both HR and a member of the Investment Management team in Edinburgh. The interview was fairly relaxed and the questions straightforward

The interview was conducted via MS Teams. The interviewers were very friendly and kind. The interview only lasted 30 minutes but they were very interested in my education history and career goals.
