Total of 2 rounds, robotics related questions, math questions such as probability, physics, general c++ (memory, pointers, heap, stack), object oriented programming (oop) concepts, technical questions, puzzle questions, etc. Different algorithms needed related to robotics.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rapyuta Robotics (Waterloo, ON) in Jan 2024

Very chill interviewers, funny and fun.
There was 2 rounds of technical interviews:
1: C++, Python questions. Mainly theory and describing your thought process.
2: Coding on Replit, can choose between C++ or Python. Some repeat C++/Python questions from first interview.

If there was a binary matrix and 0's represent an island and 1's represent the water, how would you go about finding how many islands there are?
A technical interview asking about my experience in OpenCV, C++, Python, with a few simple questions about C++ and Python. Along with a programming question, sliding window, probably leetcode medium. Along with a interview with the department lead, I was asked to show them a recent project in my resume.
