Rapid Packaging interview questions

It was a 3 step process to meet HR, the hiring manager, and the team. Each step feels helpful and necessary to give you an idea of what working there would be like.

Thorough and thought out. Starts with virtual teams meeting with HR, then another Team's meeting with a manager followed by an onsite interview. The next steps after this are unique, you could be given a DISC assessment to show your skill level and drivers followed by a peer interview with current employees. You are able to ask them about the role and the company. Pretty unique and cool process.
