TL;DR: Nice interviewers, but misleading salary practices and lowball offers. Applied, did a few questionaries, a recorded interview and one with hiring manager.
The interviewers were friendly, professional, and responsive, which made the process feel positive at first. Unfortunately, compensation was handled poorly. Salaries shown publicly (including on Glassdoor, for example as of today this role says it starts at 90k...they offered 80k) were significantly higher than what was actually offered, and candidates are pushed to agree to a lower rate early in the process (via surveys and similar steps), which feels misleading.
When I shared that I had another offer $30K higher and asked if they could meet one-third of the way, communication stopped. Similar roles appear to be posted frequently, common in agency environments, but also likely tied to people leaving once they secure roles paying closer to market value.
