Applied through e-mail, and was asked to an initial interview. Interview was with Lead developer and his boss. Also spoke with HR. Several days later i was asked to a second interview. Before the interview, they cancelled, assuring me it had nothing to do with me. Didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, then received a call telling me to expect an offer letter within the week. When it didn't arrive, I called and was told that my salary expectations were too high so they weren't going to make the offer!
