Interview
I have over 20 years experience in Markrting and Advertising and overqualified. The interviewer had a blasé tone while reading her questions. There was a disconnect between my extroverted enthusiasm and her “let’s get this over with” mood. I was asked about my personal life and if I use FP. I have used the system off and on and I answered honestly. Despite my follow up, I did not hear back. The position is listed online as open.

Interview
Very lengthy, but it is detailed for a reason. Going through the process allows you to see how special the company truly is. They've built a culture that is fun, but directed towards growth. I honestly fell in love with what they've built, howe they run the business, and their mission. That is saying a lot considering I went through 6 rounds of interviews and didn't get the offer.

Extensive phone interview with HR person. Interviewer was very prepared and didn't rush the interview along. Seemd interested in my answers and engaged in my responses. HR person let me know exactly what to expect in the hiring process.
