four interviews. One digital, one with recruiter, one with senior manager, one case study.
Felt relatively supported, could have been done faster. Timelines didn't work very well between us. Team was nice, and supportive. Can tell the people are extremely busy - Hopped off the calls immediately, didn't have much time for feedback.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ramp
Interview
The interview process was decent overall. The recruiter was enthusiastic and felt I was a great fit for the role, but the hiring manager didn’t seem particularly interested, even though my experience exceeded their requirements. It seemed that personality fit played a significant role in their decision. That said, the company appears to be doing well, continuing to scale, and offers competitive salaries.

Question 1
How do you prioritize your work with many customers?
Hiring process.
1. Intro call with a recruiter who was pretty direct about my past quota achievement, why I left the company, and any breaks in my resume, which felt a tad aggressive for an intro call.
2. I had a call with David, the AM manager, who was a nice guy and seemed like he would be a good manager.
3. Did not make it to the skills challenge portion of the interview, and no feedback was provided.
I got a strong corporate vibe from this org. A lot of their responses were pretty formulaic and didn't give you insight into the company or the role.
