I applied, then had an initial interview with a junior in what would be my future team, that went very well. After that, I had a call with that person and also the team lead, which I also thought went well. When this interview was done, I heard nothing back from them for weeks until someone else in the company sent me a very standard email indicating that my application was redirected to them. I kept following up with this new contact person a few times, but they only replied with "no updates yet". Very bad management of this, as I was juggling with other offers and also this was my first option.
