Probably one of the best product interview processes I've encountered, but also tough.
It's a mix of online and onsite interviews, including:
- HR screening
- Talks with product directors, including both on-site case study and informal conversations. The case was both challenging and exciting, dealing with a near-real-life situation.
- Chat with a CPO
- HR interview focusing on behavioral questions
- HR case focusing on qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
The recruiter was probably the best-informed product recruiter I've ever talked to, and he excelled at relaying the company's missing. Overall, all the people were super polite and experienced.
These folks have a mission and I strongly believe that they will become one of the strongest European fintechs.
