The interview process was extremely long and drawn out. First step was a personality test and internet skills test. The next step was a screen with the head of HR. About a week later there was a panel interview with the head of HR and the CFO during which I was given a PowerPoint presentation on the company and then asked a series of questions. About a week later I was contacted to set up a final interview with the CEO. The interview went well and I was told I'd hear back "soon". After waiting almost two weeks I was sent a form rejection email at mignight. All in all, a terrible recruiting experience that was unnecessarily long and unpleasant. Hopefully adding an actual recruiter to the team will help, but I doubt it.
