I had an initial informal interview with a HR person. I found the person not very smiley, I almost had the impression that I was bothering him. This person told me that he wanted to continue the recruitment process and was going to see about arranging a technical interview, since then I've had no news. I've written several times, giving several availabilities, nothing, no more news. I find this type of method unprofessional.
