Interview
I had a positive experience interviewing at RadiusAI. The process was straightforward and relevant to the role I applied for, especially appreciated because it focused more on domain knowledge than standard LeetCode-style puzzles.
Interview Process:
Initial Screening:
The first round was a technical screening, covering general knowledge and assessing problem-solving skills.
Technical Rounds (2):
These rounds dove deeper into topics directly related to the product and the domain—specifically computer vision. I was asked domain-specific questions, which made the interview feel more aligned with real-world problems rather than abstract algorithm drills.
Difficulty:
I’d rate the overall difficulty as medium. The questions were fair and tested my actual understanding of the domain, not just rote problem-solving.
Verdict:
I was selected for the role.
Tips for Future Candidates:
Brush up on core computer vision concepts, especially those that relate to real-world applications.
Understand the company's product and the domain it operates in.
You don’t need to grind LeetCode – this interview rewards understanding over memorization.
