HR interview, phone interview then in-person interview. Standardized testing on personality. Department manager interview in person. Then department interview with staff at location. Then background check and drug testing. Once acceptance letter credentialing process.

The process was quick and simple. Manager seemed very nice along with the other staff. I was shown around and told about all the equipment and what to expect working for that facility.

Interview
Applied online via LinkedIN. Nearly 4 weeks later was phoned by HR with a request for an interview 3 days later, with follow-up email with interview details and a link to an assessment. Interviewed for 1.25 hrs with a Director. Very friendly reception and interviewer. Casual interview style helped. Notified 5 cal. days later that I qualified for the second round. Notified 2 weeks later that the position was awarded to an internal candidate.
