Felt it was a really good and throughout process. Felt encouraged and welcomed. They introduced company well and gave great introduction to the business. Good follow up and prep. Kept in touch throughout

Normal competency based what jobs. Tell me about a time
In person interview. It was fine. I don’t actually remember. I just want to use the site and cannot without doing this first. It’s not a very good system at all

Interview
Meet with the store manager twice. First one was basic interview questions. Second one was one question: "Sell your cell phone to me" However, after I got hired the interview process changed. This was back in 2010
