Interview
I applied via Linkedin, and then had to complete an assessment which I was told I have passed with flying colors. Thereafter I had a call with internal HR, where I was told that I have passed to the final round and that it should be scheduled soon. Thereafter silence, no offer no updates. I just think the application is a lot of effort for one to get ghosted.
Two interviews, a critical thinking test and an assignment. First interview with HR then with members of the team. Assignment is practical. Each interview was an hour long and online.

Interview
First stage with HR which was conversational and more of a "get to know you". However, no response received from HR despite requests for feedback and the confirmation that you would be taken to the next round.
