Two rounds interview with team members, The first interview was about my CV and past experience, Second was supposed to be behavioral but it was introduction and explaining what the team is doing. The feedback was that I did not have a good energy and enthusiasm.
CV and then OA, matrigma could be hard. I might have failed it. Not so sure about it. The oa will give you about 5days to prepare. make sure you prepare.
Clear and straightforward process. Clear & timely feedback receive. It focuses a lot on cultural fit and team fit, but your qualifications can also help. I think it's more difficult to get an interview than doing the interview.

2 step interviews, with team members and team lead , then final offer . Each interview is around 45 minutes , very punctual, no bs questions. Recruiter is efficient and effective, ready to help
