O processo da entrevista foi bem tranquilo. Foi informado por um profissional do RH da empresa sobre cada etapa do processo seletivo. Mesmo eu não chegando à fase final, foi dado um feedback (algo raríssimo hoje em dia).

Met with Hiring Manager and two members of the marketing department to learn about the role from various perspectives. I also met with the Event Director I would be supporting to understand their goals.

Tell me about a marketing campaign that you developed from ideation to execution?
Es gab zwei Runden: Einmal mit jemanden von der HR und der Führungskraft, einmal mit der Führungskraft und dem künftigen Kollegen. Einmal in Wien und einmal in Salzburg. Positive Stimmung bei beiden Gesprächen.
