RTX Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead interview questions

After applying online, Raytheon recruiter called me, did a phone screening, and then asked me to attend a "hiring event". I checked with the recruiter and was told I was going to interview for a specific position that I applied for. When I got there, Despite assurances that I was there to interview for a Senior-level position, the actual hiring event was for entry-level only. The manager doing the interviewing said they were only hiring entry level, and if they did hire it would be for a job that was several months in the future. There was a major disconnect bettween what the Raytheon Recruiter told me over the phone vs what the Raytheon managers were looking to hire.
