Interview
Phone Interview with Operations Manager and Range Manager, Interview lasted about one hour. I was asked may question about my prior leadership, and military experience. I was also asked about my knowledge of Army Range procedures. The position also required previous experience with training programs. I was asked a lot of questions about my past experience in leading training teams for the Navy, specifically regarding crew served weapons, and general weapons safety.

Interview
I was called in for the interview, asked typical questions and was followed up with a phone call interview. I was interview by at least two managers, both having different fields of studies.

Interview
Was quicker than expected, but probably varies department to department. Manager looked at my resume, asked a couple of basic questions, and took me on a tour of the area I'd be working in. Interview took less than 20 minutes.
