Interview
No phone interview. Just went straight to an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. The interview mainly focused on my past experience and schooling with only a short amount of time (about 15 minutes) devoted to a couple technical questions.

A simple question on what an ideal structure of a database would be (given certain types of objects). They also asked a second question slightly changing the objects and priorities.
