I applied online. I interviewed at RTX (Marlborough, MA) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted to schedule a phone interview 2 weeks later. I waited patiently in a quiet environment for my phone call on the scheduled time and day but I ended up waiting for longer than an hour. When I realized that they wouldn't call, I emailed the HR contact asking to reschedule. She apologized and said they would reschedule for later in the week. The next day, she told me that they would fly me out to the office in Massachusetts for an onsite interview. I agreed, traveled to the office the following week, and had an interview. I felt that the interview itself went well and I don't usually think that about most of my interviews. I waited for 2 months and I never heard back. I didn't bother to call for a follow up because I had accepted another offer from a different defense contractor.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly standard behavioral questions (strengths and weaknesses? favorite and least favorite classes?)
They asked a lot of specific questions about my previous internships and my extracurricular activities.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at RTX (Boston, MA) in Feb 2024

Very brief but technical. The interviewer asked questions on FEA and my experience with rotating equipment. Also questions on how I feel about relocating from Texas to up north. The interview about the F35 power train system.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RTX (El Segundo, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
There were two groups of us depending on if we were out of state of not. There were three managers and we were split up as 2-3 people per manager. Not a lot of time for questions
