Had two interviews conducted. First was by an HR person who basically does a screening, was then interviewed by a Director. Good interview. Was advised that corporate decided to hire from within.

Interview
Lengthily and thorough to say the least. They are looking for key team members to support the organization. The biggest challenge was the concern in preparation, but in the end, you have to relax and settle in. they are just like any other organization, as long as you are competent and confident in your skills, the rest will fall in place. I would suggest a rehearsal with someone you trust who will provide positive feedback. If there isn't anyone you trust, then trust yourself and use a mirror.
