It was a 3 step process essentially but RTM made it significantly easy! I had my brief phone introductory call with a team member who asked me what I was looking for, and explained more about the company itself. I remember getting off that call so excited to learn more and eager to have the formal interview. Next I had a Zoom interview with a manager and director who asked about my previous work experience and I shared how it aligned with the open role. My final Zoom interview happened with another director about a week later with the official offer coming through shortly after.
