Easy, no pressure. Interviewers were nice, it took about an hour and was on the second floor of the building they are in. They asked me many questions and I asked them questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at RT Patterson (Pittsburgh, PA) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process was a 2 person panel, I felt they were very basic in their questioning and didn't allow me to fully explain my talents. It was an in office interview as well which seemed to indicate the company would be very old fashioned and not on the cutting edge of tech.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RT Patterson (Highland, IN) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was first contacted by someone from a recruiting agency and they sent my resume over to RT Patterson. There was an interview invitation the next day and I had the interview the next week. The interview was with a mechanical engineer, the General Manager, and the Electrical Department Manager. It was about an hour long and involved questions on my background and discussion of what the job would be. Everyone was friendly enough. I contacted the recruiter the next day and found out they passed because of lack of AutoCAD experience.
