1. Approach the interviewer in good faith
2. They will ask all personal details and irrelevant questions for the intended role.
3. Asks you for portfolio and CVs curated for their respective roles.
4. After a technical interview is done, u will be directed to speak with the HR.
5. HR will always be busy.
6. Finally after HR closes you at a lower salary range taking advantage of companies reputation.
7. When you go to report the manager, he will suddenly remember that “ you haven’t taken the tool test , right !”
8. They expect that a candidate should complete a full size project in 5 to 6 hours with all standards, norms, reports and impressions , also including elections and sections. I wonder if it’s a tool test or something else !
