Interview
The interview process was quite straightforward and relatively relaxed. After getting past the past the resume stage I had a short phone call with a recruiter to see if I would be a good fit for an interview. I then went to RSM's office downtown and had 2 interviews around 45 minutes each with senior consultants. After the interviews I was given an expected date to hear back (about 2 weeks later).

the process was very chill, and the interview was like a conversation. there were two interviews with members of the technology risk team, and i got to meet the team. process is super organized
Pretty straightforward and conversational interview. Back to back with two members of the team. Some behavioral but mostly was a conversation. Practically no technical questions. No case study either. Just be yourself and have fun with the interview.
