Question 1
About size of payroll I processed 1. Give me an example of when you have made a mistake? Talk through the situation in detail and how you overcame it and put into place something that made you not make that mistake again. 2. Give me an example of when you have had to deal with either a difficult situation or person? 3. Tell me about a time when you have gone above and beyond your role? 4. Tell me about a time when you have maybe changed a system or way of working because the current way wasn’t working and you found a way of doing it more efficiently, again give detail walk them though how you implemented it.
After the interview with the recruiter, I had 4 rounds of interviews that took me an entire day which I had to use my PTO. The interviews went so well, each of them. Then the recruiter reached out and saying they rescinded the position.
