I had to do a video assessment where I had 1 minute to prepare before answering the question which was talking for 2 minutes. The questions weren't too intense and you just had to stay calm and be yourself.

3. online interview (video questions: this involved being asked a question and having my answers video recorded)
4. assessment centre (including final interview)
