Phone interview to cover the basics, timed well.
Initial interviews with future manager, co-worker, and managers' peer. No subjects were off limits. Good review of future working conditions.

Hiring manager left the firm after several months, leading to poor management supervision.
Approached by talent acquisition. It has been a Very communicative albeit lengthy process with multiple key stakeholders. Shows thoughtfulness in selecting the right candidate and mitigating employee turnover. Interview questions have been a mix of personality based and scenario based. Overall, dialogue has been more conversational and less Q&A, which I appreciate.
