I initially received a call from HR. The the interview was scheduled. It Went well. The senior partners were present. People were friendly. No feedback from the company received. It was via virtual platform.
formal recruitmenet process with directors and partners (likely to be ones from the team requirement new blood), professional HR dealing procedure for the later acceptance, not much technical testing if experienced but more past experience learning and role fitting
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Miami, FL) in Feb 2022
Interview
I had 2 Webex calls for initial screening and interviews. They were very cordial. Since it is a temporary job they were good advocates in promoting the RSM culture in general, and the opportunity to join the team permanently later on.
