The process was in total 3 INTERVIEWS; first the recruiter, then first year associate, senior manager. The process was very laid back felt more conversational. All of the interviews were over the phone. Be prepared to answer why RSM and why audit. Also good idea to have a couple questions prepared to ask them
Job simulation, had video questions as well as some written ones where answers were multiple choice. One section would have a video quesstion part and also a mutiple choice or ordering best to worst question.
interview process was good. Test was bit hard but doable. Interview process was harsh for some easy for some according to there luck. Company seem good. Orientation was also nice.

1)aptitude (easy-moderate)
2)GD (easy)
3) 1 round of interview (moderate; also depends on the interviewer)
my interviewer took almost 1.5 hrs and was the longest among all candidates.
