Typical process for graduate roles. Application form, Tests, Video Interview, Assessment Centre. Assessment Centre involves group exercise, interview. If you make it through to the afternoon, then it is case study, presentation and then another interview. Tough but enjoyable. Everyone is relaxed.
The interview is great but got no reply after final round . Send multiple follow up email .I wouldn’t recommend a company which take more than 3 months and then ghosted at the end .
Test, recorded interview and then in person interview. Instruction for recorded interview straight forward. Most questions were scenario based, tell us a time you’ve done X, no need for prior accounting experience or knowledge. Quick process, heard back after interview a couple of days later.
