Interview
I was able to network with some member of the team through a mutual friend. I then applied online and received a phone interview with HR. Finally, I was asked to attend a final interview at their main office where I interviewed with three senior members of the team

How would your peers describe you? Tell me about yourself? Where do you get your financial news? Give me an example of a time when you solved a problem? Why are you interested in working for an accounting firm? What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?

Interview
Interviewed with 1 manager & 2 Directors. They asked about my story, my experience, background. For technical questions they asked about DCF and other valuations methods (Public Comp & Transactions).
Standard behavioral interview. Process moved very slow and never heard back regarding application. There was a phone interview and then they bring you in for an in person interview. Interviewers were friendly enough and seemed interested in actually getting to know you.
