There are 2 sets of interviews. One with the directors who ask a range of questions, some tax related, your role at the current job. Reasons for leaving and I would bring to the team. Brushed on recent VAT cases and other developments.

There are interview process for people to go through and they are very typical. Just do normal practice as you do for other companies. Although I feel the interview process is a bit odd.
