I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ROSS Companies (Waldorf, MD) in Nov 2020
Interview
I spoke with someone at the headquarters briefly about my experience and then she had me speak with the site manager a different day. I was asked a few general questions. I felt like there was a good connection but I never received another call nor email. Someone could have at least informed me that they have decided to move forward with a different candidate.

Question 1
I was asked to describe a difficult situation I had with a resident and how I resolved it.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ROSS Companies (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I was interviewed onsite at the community. After filling out an application in the office, I was brought in to be interviewed by the Property Manager and the Asst Property Manager. I was asked a few questions mainly by the Assistant Manager, while the Property Manager took notes. I was then taken to a nearby model apartment by the Asst Manager and was instructed to show how I would sell the apartment to a prospective tenant. I could tell from her reaction, that I aced this part. When we got back to the manager’s office, I was thanked and told that they had other interviews and that I would be notified on whether I got the job in a few days. It was apparent to me that while I impressed one of them, I hadn’t impressed the other. I will still consider working for this company if a similar opportunity presents itself however.
