First I had a short phone interview. Then I was invited to their office. There they gave me a tour of the office and I took some assessments. I took one logic test, one grammar test and one typing test.

I had a phone interview first, which went smoothly, then was asked to come in for an assessment. I was emailed a survey that measures how you react to certain challenges... filled that out and brought it and my transcript to the assessment interview. I took the assessment, which was something like 50 questions on stuff like "if PEACE is 80, then JOBS is what?" and patterns and sequences and such. I know I did very well on this, but I guess someone more interesting and qualified was chosen to go on to upper management interviews because I got cut after that.
