I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process involves several different steps. The first stage is a phone interview of about thirty minutes, at the conclusion of that interview I was offered to come into ROI headquarters for a tour and to take a variety of assessments. Before arriving at ROI, I filled out a formal application, a background authorization form, and a personality tests.
When I arrived at headquarters I was given a brief tour of the office followed by the assessments. The tests involve an IQ test, two more personality tests, and a few grammar tests. This was the first time I had taken an IQ test for a job interview before, so while it was new to me, I appreciated the challenge and the company's thorough process of vetting their candidates. I was told I would hear back within one to two business days and the following morning I was invited back for an in person interview.
When I arrived at ROI I was given another assessment that pertained directly to my skills that were needed for the position I was applying to specifically. Following this was the interview with the HR recruiter and the manager of what would be my department. Most of the questions were standard HR questions, and then I was asked a few questions that were more in depth to my background and knowledge needed for the open position. At the conclusion I was told I would hear back in a few days with how they decided to proceed. Later that same evening I received an email asking me back for a second in person interview.
Two days later I interviewed with the same two people as before and in addition, the director of HR. Some of the questions were the same as before regarding my background, and then I had a few extra questions such as what I liked about the position and what I look for in a manager. At the conclusion of this interview I was told I would hear back by the end of the day with how they would proceed from here, within about half an hour I received a call asking for me to come back one more time for a meeting with their CEO.
The following week I met with the CEO for about twenty minutes, he seems like a very down to earth guy and was easy to speak to, which made the meeting far less intimidating that it could have been with a different organization. I was asked to leave the room for a few minutes, and then I was offered the position. The entire process took me about three weeks. Every single person I met and spoke with was extremely friendly, outgoing, and they always got back to me sooner than they promised. A very positive experience!

Interview
They gave a definition of the company while asking questions about myself. The interviewer was very nice and was very easy to have a conversation with. Although the interview was kept short (30 mins), it was full of conversation about the company and myself.
