Very lengthy and thorough. First was a phone interview, then came in for a series of tests (IQ test, spelling and grammar, personality). Then a second interview. Then a content project I had to complete. Then another interview. Then revisions to the content project. Then a final interview where I met the CEO and got an offer. It was a bit overwhelming and certainly tough for anyone already working at a job.
