Interview
Several layers of interviewers. Some of them didn't seem to understand the position or the line of work and expertise involved. The plus side was that it was not as lengthy a process as expected.

The HR rep was very welcoming and friendly, informative. She laid out what all the benefits were and what the work climate was like. All in all it was a good interviewing process.
