I applied online. I interviewed at RLH Corporation (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied online and the recruiter and hiring manager reached out to me for a phone screen. I took the phone screen with the recruiter and was given a great understanding of the role as well as the organization. I then came in for a 2 hour in person interview with 5 individuals. I felt very welcomed and was asked great and challenging questions. The interviewers were very passionate about the company and what they do, which was a great first impression for me.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RLH Corporation (Denver, CO) in May 2018
Interview
I had an awful experience with RLHC. I first had an introductory call that went well. Following that, I had a call with one of the team managers. The team manager wanted me to do an analytic report within the next week; however, it was my college graduation weekend. I told both the recruiter and team manager I would do the project, but to be mindful of my graduation. After spending hours over the project, (taking away from out-of-town family and time with friends who were leaving), I submitted the project. I never heard back, even after following up multiple times. I have never felt more disrespected from a company during the hiring process.
